Sometimes the most magical moments happen when we slow down and really look. On a summer morning hike, I spotted these beautiful beetles gathering nectar from a wild flower - they looked like a little family having breakfast in the sunshine. I couldn't resist giving them tiny crowns using origami paper, turning them into whimsical forest royalty. The purple and white petals burst with energy around them, celebrating these small but precious moments in nature. Created with many layers of my own hand-painted collage papers as well as vintage papers and patterns to create depth & whimsy.
