“On a Summer Day” is a beautifully bright mixed media painting of a vibrant bouquet of wildflowers. Wildflowers are abundant in northern Arizona in the summer months and collecting them is one of my favorite things to do when out on a hike. This piece was created using my own hand-printed collage papers as well as found pieces to add a unique variety of pattern and details to draw in the viewer.
